What we expect;

4 years’ university degree (from reputable Law Schools, Master's Degree (LL.M) is preferred)

5-7years experience in similar position.

Excellent command of English both written and spoken (should be able to draft and review complex legal documents)

You will mainly provide legal advise to all divisions and functions across the Company and manage and coordinate legal files, operations and relations with all internal and external stakeholders.

You need to be familiar with new business models and sales & marketing platforms to active support to compliance with competition, e-commerce and data privacy laws

You will be reviewing, drafting, negotiating and executing all types of internal and external contracts and

assisting in the preparation of notifications and responses to requests issued by any public, administrative or judicial authority

You have to be solution oriented and enabler & entrepreneur due to following litigations working with related departments and external counsels

You will have a key role to implement Group’s guidelines and policies in accordance with local laws and monitor and support legal proceedings for trademark infringement to prevent unauthorized use of the trademarks and other IP rights.
