ABOUT THE JOB

·  Part Time position of 25 hours per week located in our Myer Brisbane Kiehl's counter!
·  This position is fixed term until June 2019

·  Lead by example to engage, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
·  Responsible for dealing with all customer complaints, ensuring all issues are followed through
·  To master Kiehl’s product knowledge, current beauty trends and skincare application techniques
·  Work closely with the Boutique Manager to track sales objectives and business plans

ABOUT YOU

·  Experience in retail or hospitality management with five star customer service
·  A passion for providing a unique customer experience
·  A keen interest in Skincare and Beauty
·  Strong communication skills
·  An ability to speak Mandarin will be highly regarded
