The International Designer Collections (IDC) is a group within the L’Oréal Luxe Division at L’Oréal USA. IDC has a luxurious portfolio of fragrance and beauty brands. The beauty brands consist of Giorgio Armani Beauty and Yves Saint Laurent Beauty. Our fine fragrances include Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Viktor & Rolf, Diesel, Maison Margiela, Drakkar, and Yves Saint Laurent. IDC has an exciting opportunity for a 12-month Intern on our eCommerce team in New York, NY.

Section 1 : General Information

Job Title: Administrative Intern (12 month duration)

Function: Digital CRM and Loyalty - Yves Saint Laurent

Supervisor Title: Dir - eCommerce

Location: 575 Fifth Avenue

Section 2: Job Summary:

Administrative internship is a 12 month assignment with the IDC Digital team with an emphasis on Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty Programs developing and executing new innovative marketing. The CRM and Loyalty Intern will have the unique opportunity to work with the IDC Digital CRM and Loyalty Marketing Team.

Responsibilities include:

* Participating in the development of innovative marketing strategies

* Coordinating creative development and e-mail deployment

* Monitoring trends and best practices in online/mobile media and CRM

* Researching competitive activity in social and mobile marketing

* Assisting with development of creative projects briefs

* Assisting with program implementation and testing

* Compiling ongoing and post campaign analytics reports

* Collaborating with internal partners on various projects

* Maintaining project timelines

* Performing other duties as assigned

Section 3: To perform the role of Digital CRM and Loyalty Intern successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required

* Must have majored in Marketing, E-Marketing, Communication or Business and be within 12 months of graduating (no exceptions will be made)

* Must have strong analytical skills

* Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail

* Must have strong written/oral communication skills

* Ability to multi-task and stay organized to meet deadlines

* Must have a passion for Marketing and have an interest in CRM (social, mobile, email) and E-Marketing with an understanding of integrating communication strategies

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop preferred
