THIRD SHIFT OPPORTUNITY
Responsible for becoming certified to operate a PIT and or other powered material handling equipment to move, stack and putaway materials in a safe and efficient manner. Perform A-Stocking and B-Stocking duties of AC, MP and Bulk to and from the Packaging and Pre Weigh Area’s. Must be certified in all XP requirements pertaining to the packaging, PreWeigh, and Warehouse areas. Perform system transactions accurately.
Job Requirements
· Required: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
· Preferred: 1 year experience in warehouse environment
· Preferred: Familiarity with RF Equipment
Knowledge/Skills
· Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly
· The ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety is extremely important
· Ability to meet the number of movements per day goal
Special Requirements:
· Must have responsible work habits and have the ability to work overtime when needed
· Must meet requirements for Hazardous waste collection
· cGMP, ISO, XP, OTC and ETQ Training

· Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a forklift, or other powered equipment
· Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
· Operate pallet wrapping machine and other assigned equipment
· Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OHSA standards
Quality-
· Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
· Report quality and count variances to your lead / manager when it occurs
· Insure that all cGMP, OTC and SOP’s are followed
Receiving / Putaway-
· Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations
· Efficiently stack and store materials in there designated areas
Component, Raw Material, Bulk Picking-
· Pick materials for packaging, preweigh, quickpick and special packaging production areas, ensuring the exact number and type of product is being picked accurately and delivered to the correct areas
Deliver Order Picking-
· Pull and prepare materials for safe shipment by strapping, wrapping, and or securing bolt rings while ensuring that the exact number and type of product is picked loaded and shipped, this includes performing a partial pick when necessary and/ or XP MP’s or Bulk
Finished Goods Loading-
· Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into, trailers or containers using the correct loading techniques to minimize damage while in-transit, prepare all shipping paperwork correctly and accurately.
Safety, Housekeeping, Stretching
· High regard of safety for self and team
· Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
· Assist in maintaining the 5S standards of the warehouse
· Proactively seeks ways to improve safety (SIO Program)
· Participate in daily stretching program
Inventory-
· Assist in preforming cycle counting
· Assist in physical inventories
· Ensure proper stock rotation
Attendance and Communication-
· Coordinate as necessary with leads and department manager
· Coordinate as necessary with all other department / functions
· Actively engaged in maintaining a perfect or good attendance record
Value-Add Services-
· May help the UP with end of line pack outs and lab workPerform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed
· Perform special projects/tasks as assigned
