Job description

As a Field Trainer, your mission is to support and develop retail teams in delivering business performance by rolling out upskilling programs in the stores, coaching Beauty Advisors team individually to achieve retail and services related target; which covers below areas:
·  Delivers new hire trainings in class and at the counter
·  Support new Beauty Advisor(s) onboarding phase
·  Identifies development needs with each Beauty Advisor and work closely with Retail team to build action plans accordingly
·  Provides regular feedbacks to management teams in order to better perform in terms of learning methods, contents and trends
·  Use coaching skills to develop each Beauty Advisor at the counter and continuously define roll-out plan to best contribute to business growth through selling skills, product training and active coaching
·  Stays up to date with competition and innovations (product, services, learning methods)
·  Organizes one's training calendar and monitors related budgets
Job Requirements:
·  Minimum SPM with 5 years of experience in beauty/cosmetic industry
·  Minimum 1-2 year of experience in coaching a team at different levels
·  Good command of English and knowledge in local dialects is an advantage
·  Have strong passion in beauty
·  Have strong passion in coaching and motivating teams
·  Have basic knowledge in Microsoft office applications
·  Able to travel (when required)
·  Able to work weekends and public holidays (when required)
