Job description

Then you might be just the talent we are looking for to strengthen our E-commerce team in our Professional Product Division as the new Digital Content Graduate.

As the Digital Content Graduate you will receive a lot responsibility and your biggest task will be to raise brand awareness, engagement and conversion through the Nordic B2B e-commerce platform. You will work with brands such as Redken, Kérastase, Matrix and many other exciting brands in the L´Oréal brand portfolio. The role reports directly to the B2B E-commerce Manager. 

Your key job accountabilities:

·  Managing the e-commerce platform and secure performance thereof 
·  Set up and monitor relevant digital KPIs, supervise digital performance and draw crucial business conclusions from these
·  Develop and build landing pages
·  Understand customer journeys and ensure optimization
·  Ensuring all content produced meets the brand’s objectives
·  Responsible for the execution of e-mail marketing campaigns
·  Campaign reporting
·  Develop and optimize graphics material (banner & content production)
·  Work with Magento and e-mail marketing tool

Your profile: 


·  You have graduated no longer than a year ago from your Bachelor or Master's degree 
·  You are a digital native by heart and have a strong passion in e-commerce, online marketing and creation of digital content
·  You have excellent communication skills in English. A Nordic language at an advanced level is an asset 
·  You have a good visual understanding. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially in Photoshop and InDesign, is an advantage
·  You are skilled in video creation and editing
·  You have previous experience with e-mail marketing system and campaigns
·  You have experience working with Magento or similar. Experience with basic coding (HTML/CSS) is an advantage, but not a requirement
·  You have good knowledge of Google Analytics
·  You are self-driven by nature, have an entrepreneurial spirit and take ownership of your projects 
·  You are very organized, have an eye for detail, and able to plan and prioritize your workload
