Job description
-Establish, optimize and implement (division&brands' promotion items) forecast planning and validation process.
-Tracking and monitoring the order and delivery vs plan.
-Manage and control supply to avoid aging stock while secure the business needs.
-Control stock on a reasonable level and find solutions to decrease aging stock, both in warehouse and distributors.
-Coordination with brands to reach aligned KPIs including spending amount, aging stock value etc.
