L'Oréal Belgilux is looking for a Demand Planner

YOUR KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

·  You ensure sales forecasts accuracy and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process;
· 
You are responsible for the catalog management and contribute to its rationalization;

· 
You manage the sales forecasts quality;

· 
You manage the global monthly sales forecast process;

· 
You build the baseline forecast;

· 
You challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams;

· 
You ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history;

· 
You participate to the improvement of the sales forecast practices.

YOUR PROFILE

· 
You have a Master or a specialization in Supply Chain;

· 
You have a first relevant experience in a similar position;

· 
You enjoy working in a demand-driven environment with service as a priority;

· 
You are fluent in French and English and have good knowledge of Dutch;

· 
You have very strong analytical skills and communicative skills;

· 
You have a good knowledge of Excel;

· 
You are stress resistant, proactive, flexible and adaptive;

· 
You are a real team-player but you can also work autonomously;
