ABOUT THE DIVISION

ABOUT THE JOB

·  Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination and feedback, to ensure top talent is placed in our business
·  Coordinating all administrative tasks including creating effective job descriptions/ advertisements, conducting reference checks, ensuring candidates have the relevant qualifications/certificates and working rights
·  Prioritising 'candidate care' to ensure the candidate experience is at a high standard
·  Utilising technology and internal platforms to drive efficiency and innovation throughout the recruitment process
·  Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and beauty academies
·  Reporting on HR statistics such as recruitment analytics, turnover and retention
·  Supporting Talent Acquisition projects as required

ABOUT YOU

·  You have 1-3 years previous experience within a similar role
·  You might have a background in beauty as an advantage
·  You must be motivated and work well with high volumes within a fast paced environment
·  Strong communication with people at all levels
·  Take initiative to improve processes
