Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager of Medical Marketing will play a key role in shaping medical strategy for the
brand, and will work with the Sr. Mgr of Digital & Medical Advocacy and Head of Brand. The Assistant Manager of Medical Marketing will be responsible for outreach (calls, emails, etc) with dermatologists to engage and educate the dermatology community to bring more awareness to the brand, innovations and clinical science.

Job Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager of Medical Marketing will be responsible for:
• Assisting in medical relations strategy
    o Assist in planning and executing key congress activations
    o Assist in planning ad boards
    o Coordinate special events such as lunch & learns or dinners to educate and inform
dermatologists about products
    o Partner with dermatologists in helping to facilitate consumer-facing opportunities (i.e.
content creation, Instagram lives, etc)
    o Help to coordinate peer to peer discussions within the medical community

• Onboarding calls with dermatologists – facilitate introduction and education of the US dermatology community to VICHY innovations through onboarding calls, virtual meetings and in-person events
     o Conquest dermatologists to onboard through social channels & ongoing interactions
     o Coordinate virtual introductory calls to walk through brand
     o Educate HCPs on the usage, benefits and clinical science of priority products
     o Provide key information tools and sample kits to dermatologists once onboarded

• Ongoing Dermatologist relationship management – building and maintaining connections with
onboarded dermatologists
    o Maintain on-going communication with each dermatologist
    o Build strong relationships with dermatologist and office staff and establish credibility
    o Foster positive brands image with each office
• Tools Creation – localize assets created by the international medical team to educate US
dermatologist community
• Reporting & Insights – provide report of insights and learnings to share with the team to help
influence our local and global strategy in the medical space

Job Requirements:
• Proven ability in building professional relationships, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and bring creativity to the organization.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to a changing environment to meet unexpected demands effectively.
• Ability to self-manage and work autonomously
• Technical/clinical aptitude and business acumen
• Medical or pharmaceutical background/experience preferred
• 1-2 years of medical field sales preferred
• College degree preferred
• Ability to travel for medical congresses & events as needed (<10% of time) with occasional
overnight stays as needed (when back to corporate travel)
