The L’Oréal Operations General Direction (DGO) recruits a Supply Chain Finance Controller for its team based in Paris, France.
Your Mission
As a Business Partner, you contribute to the global economic performance of your Supply Chain perimeter by playing an active role in the Supply Chain Finance Transformation. The Supply Chain Finance Transformation is animated in a global, transversal, cross-functional team that operates in an agile methodology.
Your Key Accountabilities
Finance Controlling
These are shared responsibilities with another Supply Chain Finance Controller.
· Support the global financial reporting processes (Actual, Budget, Trend) in close cooperation with all the actors.
· Scope of responsibility:
· Budget controlling of inbound costs (inbound freight, custom duties, tariffs and other costs), physical distribution costs (physical execution and outbound freight), obsolete and slow moving and other logistics costs.
· Controlling inventory, receivables (total credit and overdue) and capital investments.
· Monitoring of other key performance indicators (e.g. service levels, quality of forecasts, headcount/productivity and sustainability) in coordination with departments in charge.
· Produce monthly reporting of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively.
· On split scope of responsibility: analyze the gaps, check data consistency, challenge results, identify risks / opportunities and propose corrective actions needed to keep budget targets. Be a strong business partner with the related DGO metier.
· Respond to manual adhoc analysis and reporting needs.
· Follow-up the financial impact of key initiatives / projects and evaluate the results.
Business Partnership
· Develop a close relationship with key stakeholders to anticipate risks and opportunities.
· Be an active member of the Supply Chain community to contribute to the definition and implementation of the strategy and provide controlling / economic expertise.
· Participate in building business plans of key Supply Chain projects. Internal Control
· Ensure full compliance with Group’s standards and local regulations.
· Contribute to the respect and improvement of internal control practices.
· Follow-up and contribute to the implementation of internal audit action plans. Supply Chain Finance Transformation
· Lead and Animate the Data tribe with worldwide Supply Chain Finance community.
· Participate in other squads’ activities.

· Finance or Supply Chain experience is a nice to have but not mandatory
