Job description

Key Job Accountabilities / 主要職務　

To ensure the controlling of one (or two) brands
Build with the Division controller the plan, budget and trends for the brand
Check the correct allocation of expenses by analyzing consistency between budget trends　and actions taken by the managers. Ensure expenditures follow up
Challenge managers in order to optimize costs and efficiency of activities (e.g. marketing costs, purchase of products & services, value analysis.)
Produce monthly reporting and KPIs within his/her area of responsibility
Validate accruals as well as prepaid expenses

Must Have Aspects /　必須項目

Accounting / Controlling knowledge /skills
Software management (ERP like SAP, and other finance reporting tools)
Minimum 3 years experiences in finance or related area
Fluency in English

Preferred Qualification /　希望項目

FP&A experience in FMCG or Retail industry
Experience in finance services (Investment banking, Securities, accounting firms etc)
