In this specific position, it will be important for you to have significant experience in:

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have: 

·  5 years’ experience minimum including 2 years in similar position
·  Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM architecture, end to end implementation and various business systems, ideally in a complex, international, large-scale environment
·  Experience in designing and developing software components
·  Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a CRM solution
·  Ability to map business requirements to platform features
·  Experience in Consumer Goods industry would be a +
·  Good level of English both written and spoken, as most of our projects involve international business and/or international IT Teams
·  Good experience in Agile would be a +
·  Good relational skills: Ability to define, present and defend architectural choices. Analytical and synthesis skills.
·  Strong autonomy, action and continuous improvement/innovation oriented CRM Solution technical skills

·  High level of expertise in Clouds as Sales, Service, Analytics, Heroku, CG cloud, CTI, Shield, GCP, SAP…
·  Experience with configuration, customization in Salesforce
·  Good knowledge of Salesforce best practices
·  Knowledge in Integrations, Data and Access Management, Development & Deployment lifecycle
·  Experience in Customer Relationship Management solution powered by Salesforce.com platform / ISV
·  Salesforce Architect certification is a huge +

Education

·  Bachelor'sdegree in Management Information Systems, Computer science or related field

The EMEA Salesforce Solution Architect belongs to the Platform Authority team at IT EMEA level. IT EMEA is beginning to standardize all Sales & Service solutions on a single integrated SF Platform, aiming to deliver modern, agile B2B products to L’Oréal’s internal users and customers in Europe’s countries.

The role of the platform authority is to frame and promote the activities on the EMEA B2B Salesforce Platform dealing with all B2B clouds (Sales, Services Analytics, Community, Heroku…) for all divisions and all countries of the zone. The architect will be the internal functional referent of the Platform. He will work very closely with different teams to contribute to leverage Salesforce Platform within the EMEA zone.

·  Platform Architecture :
·  Participate in architecture roadmap and choices in a complex global landscape
·  Act as the L’Oréal guru/referent on the EMEA B2B Salesforce platform
·  Design functional solutions on the EMEA B2B Salesforce platform
·  Contribute to new partners/tools selection and sourcing
·  continuously
·  Be in charge with platform authority team of project governance
·  Contribute to guidance, best practices, and standards at the platform Level

·  Product/Solutions Architecture
·  Participate in defining the architecture for products built on top of Salesforce
·  Audit & challenge the IT solutions proposed by our Salesforce factory
·  Drive or contribute to Proof of Concepts or MVPs
·  Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with squads to recommend solutions to improve it
·  Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
·  Work closely with SDM about any issues with the current solutions being implemented
·  Assess the business impact that suggested/implemented design may have
·  Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, licenses, costs, and budgets
·  Work on Monitoring dedicated to the Run
·  Managing all Security topics with Security Officer
