This role will allow you to become the face of Kiehl’s for our customers, helping them with their skincare needs whilst directly steering the direction of the brand’s future trends. This role is all about personality. We are looking for someone who can make our clients feel at home at our counters. You will be responsible for driving brand loyalty to your counter/store, helping to promote brand awareness through in-store events and delivering a personalised service at all times.
As a Kiehl’s Customer Representative you will be expected to have a detailed knowledge of the skincare market, build a customer base and prepare your counter for new launches and activity.
