Responsible
Capmpaign Management
・Maximizing social KPIs(reach/Views/Engagement) to achieve business results. And reputation through content generation, management of social media channels, and development of optimum influencer relationships
・Generate UGC with influencer/Gifting activities
・ Collaborate with Media team to maximize media result with Influencer creative
・Collaborate with ECteam to maximize EC results
・ Maximize PR event reach engaging with social influencers
Agency management
・Working with influencer agency to achieve business results
Data management
・ Data Analysis for Influencer activites and deduce next campaign KPIs.
・Manage social tools:Sprinkr/TRAACKR etc.
・ Manage brand social reputation (DBPI)
・ Check local competition best practices / Check overseas group best practices
KPI
・ Social Buzz( #of Views/Engagement, Share of Engagements /Impressions and EGR)
・Maximize Influencer/YouTuber/TikToker Content: Views(VTR) & Engagment (EGR)
・Influencer creative result
Deliverables
・Brief to Influencer agency
・Working with agency for influencer content creation/Gifting
・Working PLA with agency(KOL creative study)
Budget
・Influencer activation planning/ Influencer content creation
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
. Minimum 3-5year experience in digital media related job or related company such as Ad agency,digital production company,
. Excellent interpersonal skill, editorial communication skill, presentation skill both in Japanese and business conversational level of English
. Project management skill (strong planning and execution skill)
. Digital Data analysis
. Basic and useful knowledge of the SNS media, up-to-date media trend /social networks/ Consumer trend
. PC & Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
. Ideally cosmetics background
. Global company experience, with excellent communication ability in both Japanese and English
