Commercial Controller (m/f)
Based in Belgrade
Your impact in this role:

Manage plan, budget and trends: quantify major objectives, analyse and elaborate solutions with the Management Committee, make proposals to the General Management
·
Draw out the relevant KPIs in order to advise the General Management and propose corrective actions
·
Analysis of sell in / sell out and stock in trade
·
Control business and operating expenses within BU departments
·
Seek for areas of savings and productivity and make proposals to the Management Committee (systems and structures optimization, costs analysis…)
·
Manage the BU reporting, using the internal reporting system
·
Ensure the respect of procedures and best practices of Internal Control organisation changes
·
Responsible for Serbia and Bulgaria
Our ideal candidate:
·
Has University degree (preferably in Economics or Finance)
·
Has 2 -5 years of previous experience in similar positions
·
Highly developed analytical skills; detail oriented
·
Ability to work on short deadlines under pressure
·
Is business driven & eager for achieving and outperforming targets
·
Highly developed organizational skills
·
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication capabilities with positive attitude
·
Advanced Excel user; active use of SAP and reporting systems is an advantage
·
Willing to travel
·
Speaks English fluently
