L'Oréal's Professional Products Division distributes its products in salons worldwide. Through its vast array of brands, the division can meet the needs of different hair care salons, for color, shape and styling, shampoos and general hair care needs. A privileged partner of hairdressers, this division offers them products made with the best technologies as well as high-level training, to ensure professional service.

For our successful team of L’Oréal Bulgaria, we are currently looking for:

Commercial Brand Manager (m/f)

to join Professional Product Division in our subsidiary in Sofia!

Main responsibilities:

· 
Mastering commerce fundamentals and developing consumer-centric business

· 
Building selling proposition and leading negotiation processes

· 
Monitoring sell-in and sell-out excellence

· 
Adapting the global strategy for the local market and preparing all marketing materials

· 
Experience in trainings/education

· 
Conducting digital activities and event organization

· 
Communication with influencers

What are we looking for?

· 
You have 2-5 years of experience in similar positions

· 
Interests and experience in marketing

· 
Advanced analytical skills and Excel knowledge

· 
Excellent organizational and time management skills

· 
Fluency in English

· 
Native Bulgarian speaker

· 
Courage to challenge methods of working and proposing his/her ideas for development of existing methods

· 
Able to multi-task and prioritize
