The Professional Products Division distributes its products in salons worldwide. Through its vast array of brands, the division can meet the needs of different hair care salons, for color, shape and styling, shampoos and general hair care needs. A privileged partner of hairdressers, this division offers them products made with the best technologies as well as high-level training, to ensure professional service.

L'Oréal Bulgaria is looking for new talents to join Professional Product Division in our subsidiary in Sofia!

Business Analyst (m/f)

temporary position

Main responsibilities:

· 
Collect/analyze sell-in/sell-out data

· 
Cross-reference data from the sales force (internal & external)

· 
Responsible for division monthly reports

· 
Weekly reports for REPs - sales activities per client and per REP

· 
Occasional reports and references requested for sales reps activities and work

· 
Special reports for zone visits, budget preparing, occasional presentations

· 
Support the process of weekly orders by distributors

· 
Follow the invoices issued to the distributers – discounts, credit notes

· 
Check the updated order forms on monthly basis

· 
Stock and launching products planning (forecast tables)

· 
Take part in Preparations for sales meetings , Market&Co, Sales meetings

· 
Coordinate the process for expenses in SAP for the whole division (PO/GR)

· 
Project for e-Academy site (PPD Portal) – follow up issues and development

· 
Data privacy project for PPD ADBA – follow development plan

What are we looking for?

· 
University Degree (preferably in Economics)

· 
2-3 years of previous experience in a similar position

· 
Advanced analytical skills and Excel knowledge

· 
SAP knowledge is an advantage

· 
Excellent organizational and time management skills

· 
Fluency in English

· 
Native Bulgarian speaker
