Provide Superior Customer Service

·  Conveys the concept of Atelier Cologne and highlights its uniqueness.
·  Ensures all customers receive the highest level of service.
·  Greets customers promptly and initiates conversation to identify needsand make relevant & personalized product suggestions.
·  Handles customer feedbacks and communicates relevant information to Field Management
·  Creates long-term relationships with customers and nurtures repeat business.
·  Exhibits high products’ knowledge

Achieve Business Results

·  Achieves or exceeds sales targets.
·  Maintains or exceeds productivity standards as set by management.
·  Drives Atelier Cologne’s sales by suggesting additional items to customers to meet their needs and wants.
·  Leverages all selling tools (gift boxes, sets) effectively.
