Job description

We are looking for an engaged and proactive Trainee to join our multicultural innovation team in Luxembourg, and to contribute to a wide range of tasks such as:

The key responsibilities of this position include:

·  Market research on innovation topics

·  Benchmarking

·  Assistance in operational tasks for innovation linked events (Fintech Awards, Innovation Challenge...)

·  Contacts and follow up with startups

·  Assisting the team in its daily operations Key topics : Innovation, Customer Experience, Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Asset Management

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is proactive in proposing solutions to problems and able to demonstrate drive with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Happy to help, happy to learn and happy to teach will be your mojo! Your knowledge and communication skills will be required to provide a great mood in the team!

Requirements to access to this function

·  You are at the end of your Master's degree

·  You are looking for a 6 months traineeship - starting between January and June 2020

·  You have organizational skills

·  You are fast learner, creative, proactive

·  Working knowledge of fundamental Windows and office environment

·  Fluent in English, French is an asset

·  Have good presentation and communication skills
