Your Opportunity

Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities daily, you will provide high level administrative support to two Partners and their teams within the Infrastructure Project Group within the Deals, Tax, and Legal division of KPMG. In this dynamic and integral role you will be:
·  Proactively managing workflow including collating reports, document preparation and email administration on behalf of the Partners.
·  Engaged in the team's project work and assisting with the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
·  Providing administrative support for business development initiatives and engagements
·  Proactively managing diaries, organising internal and client meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel
·  Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information How are you Extraordinary.

It is likely you will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:
·  Confidence, personal presentation and communication skills suited to liaising at executive levels
·  Relevant experience supporting a high performing team in a fast paced, corporate environment, preferable in professional services
·  A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality service
·  Self-motivation and initiative
·  Outstanding organisational skills, a sound ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
·  strong attention to detail
·  Intermediate to high level skills in the Microsoft Office suite, with SAP experience preferred. The KPMG Difference
