Our national People Operations team are the first line of support for our business when it comes to People matters. You will join a fast paced and high volume environment processing the administration and maintenance tasks for the People Operations team.

Your Opportunity

You are the operations professional who makes things happen for our people. Your value lies in doing things right and in doing the right thing to ensure you deliver a great service. You role will see you:
·  Providing superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to, managing and resolving customer and stakeholder enquiries
·  Processing transactions within agreed turnaround times and consistent accuracy in a high volume environment
·  A passionate team member who is driven to exceed customers' expectations

·  Prior experience in a similar role or processes within a financial, professional services or large corporate environment (no HR experience necessary)
·  Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills gained in a high volume environment with competing demands
·  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
·  A collaborative team-focused mindset with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment
