  • City of Bristol (City of Bristol)

Job description

The Role

We are looking for an individual to join our rapidly growing Bristol Investment Advisory team in an Analyst capacity. We are looking for an individual with experience in investment or pensions (or relevant discipline).

The Team
The Bristol Investment Advisory team was set up in late 2018 by George Fowler and Paula Champion. George and Paula joined from a global pensions and investment consulting firm where they had each spent twenty years and had led the successful Bristol Investment Advisory team there from initially four people to around thirty over a ten year period. It was the largest team of its kind in the South West when they left.

The KPMG Bristol Investment Advisory team was started with three people in November 2018, and has subsequently grown to eight within only eleven months (ahead of its initial growth plans). Due to the team’s success, they are looking to expand by a further three people to eleven over the next few months. The team also works closely with the successful KPMG Bristol Pensions team, which has thirty people.

KPMG Investments
KPMG Investments is rapidly growing year-on-year and now stands at over 100 people (with over 500 people in KPMG Pensions & Investments in total). The KPMG Bristol team is a core part of the Investments team’s growth plan and the aim of this business is to double revenue over the next five to six years, a target it has achieved consistently in the past.
