- Handle team resources planning, travel itinerary scheduling, process coordination
- Allocate tasks to team members, monitor daily work and team administration
- Monitor team member deliverable timely submission, conduct quality check
- Prepare work summary report, monthly management report
- Provide guidance / training / coaching to team members to control daily work complies to internal guidelines and requirements
- Monitor team member performance, regularly review and timely escalate to leader / manager
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance monitoring

Requirement

- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Good mind-set to identify risk
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem solving skill
- Strong personal initiative and accountability
- Strong organization, administration and analytical skills
- Smart and flexible when dealing with changes
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel
- Fluent writing and verbal communication in English and Mandarin, English level at CET-4 or above
