Job description

Team

The Audit Administrator will play an integral role in supporting the Audit Team day to day together with assisting the Reception team on a regular basis and will report to the Partners and Managers.
The role

This full time role will see the Audit Administrator provide confidential and administrative services to the audit team and assist in the smooth running of the department's infrastructure on a daily basis. Communicating with internal and external clients professionally and confidently is essential for this role.
Accountabilities:

General typing, including letters, reports and various other documents
Creating presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint
Organisation of meetings and seminars
Firm-wide travel arrangements
Receiving telephone calls and messages for the Audit Department
Assisting with weekly management information reports and updating with Audit team comments
Raising fee notes and managing write offs and provisions of WIP and debtors
Maintaining department stationery and archiving
Identifying and implement cost saving initiatives within the department
Supporting the Audit Management team with administrative tasks such as expense claims, time sheets and diary management
Providing reception cover for the Receptionist
Assisting the Advisory Executive Assistant with administrative and secretarial tasks

Candidate requirements

Ideally hold Office / Business Administration Certification
Relevant IT courses e.g. Microsoft Office applications
1-2 years experience in an administrative role
Ideally experience within a professional services firm
Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and work well within a team
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Be able to multi task and prioritise workload
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
