KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Central Digital Learning Solutions to join our KPMG Business School organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Support multiple digital learning projects and follow varied digital solution implementation and process tasks
·  Learn and support fundamental digital learning tools and platforms to help deliver solutions; technologies employed include virtual classroom, web-based training (WBT), and related leading learning technologies and tools (Adobe, TechSmith, Articulate, etc.)
·  Integrate and manage content within learning content management systems (LCMS) and learning management systems (LMS)
·  Support digital learning projects, internal clients, and learning providers/vendors
·  Strong aptitude with web and/or learning system technology; experience with content authoring tools, web conference/virtual classroom platforms is a plus

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of two years of training, support or facilitation of training, education, and/or tradeshow experience
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
·  Project management skills with knowledge/experience with technologies that enable learning delivery and operational processes
·  Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and communication skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workload and multitask; Team player with the ability to develop collaborative relationships across teams
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Access and Outlook
·  Occasional travel to New York City
