KPMG's Tax Centre of Excellence carries out the vast majority of the tax compliance work across the whole UK Firm and comprises over over 300 qualified tax compliance experts and supporting staff. We have 3 main locations in Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham, but also support a large number of remote workers, in short we offer flexibility in our ways of working. Job Description

Our market leading team in the North forms part of our wider national Transfer Pricing and Tax Value Chain offering, and advises multinational clients develop and implement economically supportable transfer pricing policies, document those policies and outcomes and respond to tax authority challenges.

This is primarily a tax role but will combine aspects of corporate tax, transfer pricing and business advisory and is ideally suited to a candidate looking for a wide ranging and challenging role that involves advising clients at the highest level.

Transfer pricing is a priority growth area for the firm and as such the successful candidate will have the opportunity for rapid development and career progression.

Tax Assistants working in this team will be required to demonstrate an aptitude for learning and developing Transfer Pricing skills and knowledge, the ability to work to tight deadlines and capable of producing a first class product ready for issue to our clients.

You will all work closely with other transfer pricing professionals based in all of KPMG’s UK offices, along with our offshore partners, to deliver a seamless service to our clients who typically are global and range from mid-market to FTSE listed groups and across a wide range of sectors.

Qualifications and Skills

We welcome applications from a range of disciplines including business administration / economics and those who are looking for their first professional services role. We would also be interested in candidates who are ATT or part qualified CTA with some relevant Corporate Tax/Transfer Pricing experience
