Our Learning and Development Team is looking for a Training Officer (m/f) to provide key administrative support and contribute to the development of KPMG Luxembourg's training and learning services.
The role and responsibilities
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
· System administration
- Creating training items in the Global Learning management System (GLMS) and managing the attendees,
- Follow-up on training attendance by reporting in the GLMS system and preparing the feedback summary,
- Maintain database of external course providers,
· Management of training registrations and logistics
- Preparation of training sessions by coordinating with internal teams including booking and timely cancellation of venues, and prepare training material in accordance with Trainers' needs,
-Act as point of contact for the Course Leaders and the Trainers and ensure that the training logistics are in place,
- Point of contact for the Trainees,
- Ensure that the training policy around external course requests is respected and register people to external courses and provide participants with confirmation,
· Financial processes
- Prepare invoices and expense reports for review/pre-approval,
- Support on the preparation of INFPC reporting and of related supporting documents,
The perfect candidate
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, economics, or event management, with a first similar work experience,
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite,
- Good time-keeping skills to effectively manage training schedules,
- Experience working with a learning management system is considered as an asset,
- Fluent in English; French and/or German are considered as an asset.
