Position Summary

TEAM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTI Tax - Processing

The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm's National Shared Services. This highly skilled group of over 600 administration professionals in 33 offices supports the firm's Tax, Audit and Advisory client service staff. Client Administration is focused on the increase of revenue, achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality products, increasing time available for client service staff to focus on driving the business, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience. This is achieved by building dynamic, lasting relationships, being sensitive to our client needs and collaborating as part of the client service team.

What You Can Expect in this Role

·  Working independently and within a team environment to support the client service staff to produce high quality client deliverables.
·  Prepare for and assist in meeting monthly tax deadlines, tax return assembly as required,electronic filing, tracking projects and due date reports
·  Photocopying, printing and arranging courier/deliveries
·  Scan, bookmark documents and electronic storage on file servers
·  Assist with the format/draft documents including basic billings and engagement letters
·  Deliver routine and transactional administrative tasks with some guidance and supervision from theadministrative team
·  Create PDF files and save on the server and maintain digital storage of reports and/or letters
·  Initiate lock-down of client information process, apply patches and updates as required
·  Participate in training to stay current with KPMG specific technical software At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.

What You Bring to KPMG
·  Combination of education/experience in administration.
·  Intermediate skills with MS office word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
·  Ability to function effectively in team situations and flexibility to varying workloads.
·  Service oriented, takes pride in completing routine tasks, organized, and detail oriented.
