KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Advisory Resource Management to join our Resource Management organization.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver “best solution” staffing strategies that help maximize utilization and minimize unassigned time with Engagement Partners and Leads
· Work directly with Resource Management Managers to create staffing solutions that follow firm guidelines, and best develop employee career path
· Provide accurate and timely reporting support covering forecasted utilization, actual utilization, and projected full time employees
· Communicate and work with teams toward chargeability goals, support team staffing meetings
· Support other Advisory teams with Resource metrics (Human Resources and Recruiting) and help Resource Management coordinate with teams on hiring strategies
Qualifications:
· Minimum of two years of Resource Management, agency recruiting for Finance /Accounting, or client service delivery experience preferably with a professional services environment
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel (i.e. pivot tables), and Outlook
