Role

KPMG are currently seeking to hire a SAP Business Objects Reporting Lead on a permanent basis. In this role, this person will be directly involved in the upcoming implementation of BW 7.5 on HANA and work in conjunction with our Financial Reporting Team to develop analytical content using the full range of SAP Business Objects and BW on HANA analytics tools and techniques.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

Professional Experience:

·  3+ year's delivery experience in SAP Analytics technologies
·  Previous experience working as a Reporting Lead within an SAP environment
·  Production of high quality project documentation
·  Proven and strong client facing skills with experience delivering presentations to user groups
·  Directing, leading and coordinating integrated workshops and requirements gathering exercises
·  Be familiar with Financial Business Processes
Technical Skills:

·  SAP Business Objects Analytics tools (Web Intelligence, Lumira Discovery, Analysis for Office)
·  SAP Business Objects Server Administration (User Management, Publication Services)
·  Financial reporting methods and techniques
·  SAP ERP data (FICO and HR)
·  SAP BW - Query Designer, SAP BW BEx Suite
·  Lumira Designer / Design Studio
·  SAP HANA View Modelling
·  SAP Analytics
Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include :

·  Be able to work as part of the core team implementing a new BW instance on HANA and deploy a reporting platform using the Business Objects Suite
·  Have excellent communication and project management skills, to ensure deadlines are completed, both on time and on budget
·  Have the ability to run requirements gathering interviews/workshops, analyse business requirements, and be able to work alongside business and technical teams to translate them into a technical solution
·  Capability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
·  Adhere to KPMG security policies, processes and procedures
·  Have day-to-day project management skills and provide business intelligence throughout projects
·  Be capable and confident in understanding and addressing complex system landscapes
·  Have demonstrable experience of solving business problems using technical acumen and analytical methodologies
·  Develop strong internal and external business relationships and help manage and be responsible for complex or sensitive situations
·  Be able to adhere to the agreed business reporting and analytics strategy
·  Actively share, use and communicate expert knowledge in order to develop others and make business processes more effective
·  Will have a passion for supporting growth and development and holds a passion for data visualisation
