KPMG Enterprise are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Tax Transactions and Accounting team as a Bookkeeper .

Your Opportunity

Working within an experienced team, you will play a key role supporting our clients with their business finance functions. This could include:
·  Processing suppliers' invoices in accounting software (Xero & MYOB);
·  Preparation for account payable payment for suppliers;
·  Bank reconciliations;
·  Payroll including setting up employee in the system, leave entitlements management, and calculation of PAYG withholding taxes and superannuation;
·  Payroll tax calculation and lodgement;
·  Workers compensation application and annual renewal;
·  Maintain fixed assets register;
·  General ledger reconciliation;
·  BAS/IAS preparation and lodgement;
·  End of month and end of year reconciliation;
·  Potentially meet clients or work at clients' premise to provide accounting support;
·  Liaising effectively via phone call and email with stakeholders and team members on related matters. How are you Extraordinary?

As the successful candidate you will have experience in accounting, tax or business services in a similar environment, as well as
·  Strong experience working with accounting software such as Xero and MYOB
·  Administration and organisational skills showing a high attention to detail
·  The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
·  Problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Coupled with this you will also have a passion for ongoing learning, excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills and experience in building relationships. Qualifications such as CA, CPA, CTA or Masters of Tax are preferred, we will also consider those with qualifications in progress.
