Junior Non Key Expert for drafting Communication Strategy (part time)

Job description

Tasks and responsibility:
- Analytical work on collecting of information on available data as regards migrations (possibility of work and residing in EU Member State) ;
- Analytical work on researching the scope and level of available information and way of publishing of that information in EU MSs ;
- Communication with stakeholders (PR sections) regarding publishing of user friendly information ;
- Drafting Communication Strategy for migrant workers ;

Requirements:
- University degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a University or equivalent institution) in Public Relations Science, or any other field of relevance, in the absence of required degree, at least 3 (but preferably 5) years of experience in the required area of expertise;
- Practical experience in recently acceded EU Member States, candidate or potential candidate countries;
- Fluency in English language;
- Computer literacy;
- Knowledge of local language could be considered as an asset;
- At least 3 years professional experience in PR/communication/journalism ;
- At least 2 year professional proven experience in PR/communication ;
- Basic knowledge about EU Regulations on Coordination of Social Security Regulation.
