Job description

Responsibilities

- Work closely with operation and IT teams to analyse for business intelligence reports and dashboards
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using reporting and data visualization tools
- Regular progress report to management team to stakeholders
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly IT reports generation

Experience

- A degree holder, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Ability to independently perform technical analysis and develop reports with analytical tools
- Familiar of using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Visio
- 3+ year' working experience in IT and reporting area
- 1+ years' solid experience designing, developing reports using data analytical and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Competency in verbal and written communication in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- It is a plus to have knowledge on ticket management tool ServiceNow and deep knowledge on Excel Formula and Macro
