IT Advisory Project Manager (m/f)

Job description

The IT Advisory team analyzes technology issues within its clients businesses and provides assistance with: developing appropriate IT strategies, optimizing the IT function, sourcing, selecting and implementing IT systems, data management & governance and Cyber security.

The role and responsibilities

While leveraging on your past experiences, you will join a KPMG team and you will:

• Develop approaches and skills to turn our clients' business and technological issues into solutions.
• Participate on IT/business transformation projects, including but not limited to software selection and implementation, sourcing strategy, infrastructure design and IT strategy.
• Lead organizational changes underlying such IT implementation projects.

The perfect candidate

• You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, (business) engineering or in another technology-related field or you can demonstrate a valuable experience in IT projects.
• You can demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in IT transformation projects.
• You have been already involved in IT project management and have developed the required capabilities in terms of methodologies and tools as well as the soft skills-set.
• You are passionate about IT and are knowledgeable in at least one of these areas : technical or functional architecture, data management, testing, platform migration, IT governance frameworks.
• You are fluent in English, German and/or French, and you have developed excellent presentation and communication skills.
• You are proactive, customer-minded, creative and quality driven.
• For our Financial Services team, the knowledge of one or several banking packages is considered a plus.
