Your new role: Working within an experienced team, you will play a key role supporting our clients with their business finance functions. This could include -
·  Using Xero/MYOB (and integrated cloud solutions) for bookkeeping and the preparation of payroll calculations
·  Preparation, review and lodgement of monthly and quarterly Instalment Activity Statements and Business Activity Statements
·  Preparation of monthly management reports
·  PAYG Summary Statement preparation and lodgement
·  Various year-end compliance requirements such as superannuation reconciliation, payroll tax reconciliation preparation and lodgement and workcover Declaration of Actual and Estimated wages preparation and lodgement
·  The set up and/or implementation of new software, systems and processes You bring to this role:
·  Strong administration and organisational skills showing a high attention to detail
·  The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
·  Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
·  Good experience with the Microsoft suite and previous experience with accounting software such as Xero and MYOB
·  Sound knowledge and understanding of basic tax and accounting issues What we offer you:
