Your Opportunity:

This unique role will see you provide a high level of administrative support for KPMG's Innovation Spaces:
·  Innovation Lab (Sydney)
·  Insights Centre (Sydney and Melbourne) The Innovation, Digital & Data team at KPMG are driving the digital transformation of the firm and the adoption of a range of emerging technologies. You will be a central part of a very dynamic, future focused team. Our Innovation Spaces offer an experience for our clients that is unlike any other in the market.

Through providing exceptional service, information and advice to both internal and external stakeholders Australia wide, your day will encompass:
·  Managing correspondence for the Innovation spaces via multiple team functional mailboxes
·  Processing booking requests and managing calendars
·  Providing advice and support to stakeholders to ensure successful event management
·  Assist with data collection and reporting requirements
·  Working autonomously
·  Building relationships with key internal contacts and the national PA/EA network How are you Extraordinary?

·  Administration experience preferably gained within a professional/corporate services environment
·  A passion for providing quality and responsive customer service
·  A flexible approach with outstanding time management and prioritisation abilities
·  Strong people and negotiation skills to help drive the Innovation culture
·  You enjoy solving problems and taking ownership for tasks and actions
·  Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and Dynamics CRM)
·  Experience working successfully in teams and building collaborative relationships
