Roles and Responsibilities
Project
Related

•
Understand / Capture Business, process & project requirements
related to risk domain

•
Work with risk and technology teams to analyze as-is Business,
assess automation feasibility and opportunities

•
Advise / Provide subject matter expertise to recommend process
automation improvements to assist clients achieve greater efficiency in their
daily operations and optimize processes

•
Provide support to Implementation team throughout deployment of
new use cases during POCs and project implementation phase

•
Design workflows to meet the defined design/solution approach.

•
Partner with cross-functional risk and technology teams to
integrate solutions and requirements solution strategies

•
. Configure automation processes as per defined solution

•
Participating in the identifying new offerings and innovation
around automation & RPA

•
Capability to apply critical thinking to project situation, make
judgment calls to establish direction for resolution, establish the resolution
plan, and present status and impacts to key project stakeholders.

Thought Leadership

Contribute to solution development

•
Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments
in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.

Participate in practice
initiatives and at times lead such initiatives such as knowledge management or
thought leadership

Qualifications and Skills
•
B.Tech from top engineering schools with 2-5 years of experience
in risk consulting OR compliance function role in the industry (Understanding
of IT audit, business processes, sector understanding)

•
Preference would be given to significant experience in relevant
technical knowledge: (a)Risk and Controls; (b) Robotics Process Automation (c) IT
Project Advisory

Experience and Background
Industry
Experience:

•
Possess strong doma in knowledg e,
understanding of risk consulting

•
Hands-on experience of Process Automation across the life-cycle,
and experience using industry's leading Robotics Automation products preferable
(Automation Anywhere \ Workfusion\BluePrism \ UIPath etc.)

•
Good understanding of Process Design documents, Technical Design
documents in Automation space.

•
Strong understating of information security
or process related risks associated with at le ast two
of IT/ITES, Financial Sector (BFSI), manufacturing sectors etc.

•
Acquainted with ERP software's such as SAP,
Oracle or equivalent and knowledge from an auditing standpoint

Possesses extensive experience in at least two of the key
solutions of IT Advisory

•
Prior experience in client facing / account management roles

•
Exposure to business development in consulting (Pre-sales support,
proposals, RFP responses)

•
Possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of business
processes and possible risks in operations of at least two industry sectors

•
Have experience in risk consulting at an associate level role

•
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•
Strong written and verbal communication skills

•
Ability to work well in teams

•
Ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough
client conditions which may demand extended working hours
