The Role

Your role will include:

Building an understanding of client businesses Working collaboratively, assisting with the delivery of client audit engagements e.g. documenting processes, testing controls. Ensuring all audit work and documentation is performed to the appropriate time line and quality Audit fieldwork, statutory reporting and project management.

- You will spend time studying for your professional qualification – the ACA Working collaboratively with others and therefore sharing best practices and knowledge within the allocated sector.
- Supervising, coaching and developing junior members of staff within teams.
- Visiting clients on-site, developing and building relationships and being a point of contact.
- Further develop relationships with and help utilize staff at KPMG’s offshore practice

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- You must be part qualified ACA, you will have completed the Certificate level of the ACA qualification
- You have passed your 6 Certificate level examinations to date and achieved a minimum of 60% average.
- You have passed these Certificate level examination within a maximum of 2 attempts
- You must possess a minimum of 6 months Audit work experience with a Big 4 firm
- You must be able to demonstrate experience of working in international teams
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to work collaboratively in international teams and open to international travel should the needs of the business require this
- Takes personal responsibility and accountability for own work Sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work Continuously learns from experiences.
- Seeks out feedback and development opportunities
- Gives clear directions, positive and constructive feedback.
- Coaches less experienced staff Works in a cooperative, respectful manner with colleagues, clients and the wider community
- Analyses problems, identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information Communicates with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear Monitors and upholds high quality of service and products to clients (internal and external)

Salary Range: Competitive plus negotiable bonus and benefits
