KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, to join our Human Resources Organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Support the implementation of Human Resources (HR) initiatives in a particular practice or geographic area
·  Perform a variety of administrative and reporting tasks, such as compliance and turnover reports
·  Provide clients with updates on HR issues and progress of service
·  Prepare reports and presentations for leadership meetings
·  Maintain and review background checks, compliance reporting, investigations, licenses, employee reviews, goal setting, and employee relations issues

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of two years of general HR experience; preferably within a professional services environment
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
·  Knowledge of basic HR principles and HR related laws and regulations
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
