KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Global Business Support to join our Global Business Operations organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Provide assistance to professionals by answering global support business inquiries
·  Perform daily tasks and processes to support the ongoing use of multiple global applications
·  Utilize several data resources to research and analyze corporate structures, entities, and securities
·  Gather user/entity change requirements, analyze, implement, facilitate and support procedures and maintenance of those changes
·  Provide suggestions on process improvements and application enhancements based on mailbox demand and trends
·  Oversee modifications and general troubleshooting of the applications, and proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues regarding how those would affect the data in the system and how the data would be presented with the modifications in place

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of one year business experience preferably from a professional services firm
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail
·  Proficient with MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
·  Excellent customer relationship skills, analytical ability and oral and written communication skills
·  Ability to prioritize and facilitate assignments with minimal supervision
