KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Funct Practice Ops to join our Deal Advisory & Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Support the Deal Advisory & Strategy practice with day-to-day operational activities including go to market reporting
·  Directly support Deal Advisory & Strategy leadership with expense management
·  Assist with processing expense management issues and expense pre-approvals for Deal Advisory & Strategy
·  Assist with the roll-out of various tools to the practice
·  Collaborate with primary business functions including finance, operations, human resources, resource management, and others as it relates to general operational activities
·  Act as a liaison between the practice and the KPMG Business School and assist KBS with identifying facilitators; Accoutanble for ownership of the DA&S training mailbox

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of one year of public accounting, finance, or general business operations experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
·  Ability to exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions with minimal supervision
·  Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
