KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join ourBusiness Tax Services practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Provide on-site guidance to withholding agents regarding compliance with information reporting requirements
·  Provide support to clients in relation to the technical and practical application of IRS regulations
·  Review work carried out by KPMG member firms globally during the performance of QI audits, FATCA and CRS engagements
·  Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
·  Recognize, research, and recommend resolutions to tax issues from moderate to complex
·  Develop and support risk assessments and implement appropriate tax procedures

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of one year of experience working at a Big 4, law firm, or in a withholding agent environment focused on information reporting and withholding responsibilities preferred.
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and CPA, MBA, J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, and/or Master's in Taxation (MST) is preferred
