KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Technology Enablement for ourManagement Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to business process management (BPM)
·  Develop and maintain client relationships
·  Assist with business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines and industries
·  Manage small to medium sized team delivering large business transformation projects
·  Comply with professional practice requirements

Qualifications:

·  One year of business architecture and process management experience
·  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited college/university
·  Experience in implementing BPM platforms, such as Provision/Metastorm, Savvion, Lombardi and Vitria
·  Strong background in BPM and re-engineering
·  Experience in business requirements, process modeling/simulation, and high-level design activities
·  Excellent written and verbal communications skills
·  Travel may be up to 80-100%
