KPMG is currently seeking an Aprimo Associate in Customer & Operations for ourManagement Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Support client engagements related to Aprimo solutions and their ability to meet a client needs.
·  Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members
·  Serve as a resource and key team member in client projects and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
·  Gather and analyze data surrounding Commercial and Marketing Planning; Marketing Operations; Digital Asset and Content Management; Through Channel Marketing Automation, Social Media Marketing Technology
·  Develop and sustain solid relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services
·  Contribute to design, preparation, and analysis of reports and findings in a clear, logical, and concise manner
·  Develop and write user stories and have experience with agile delivery methodologies
·  Configure the solution, validating the solution with the client, and working with the client to manage scope

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of one year of experience providing operational advisory services related to sales and marketing transformation, customer insight and analytics, or digital marketing strategies
·  Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, math, statistics or a related field from an accredited college/university
·  Experience in working with sales and marketing applications (salesforce, SAP, Aprimo, or other social or CRM applications), or working in consulting environment on sales and marketing capabilities
·  Additional technical experience in one of the following areas preferred: Marketing Plan & Spend, Distributed Marketing, Marketing Performance Management and Business Planning
·  Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
·  Travel may be up to 80-100%
·  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
