Job description
Responsibilities
- Support other team members in active transactions and business development opportunities
- Conduct research on potential targets / buyers / JV partners, past transactions and sector trends etc.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation including new business proposals, memorandums and buyer analyses etc.
- Evaluate financial information critically and build valuation models to support the provision of strategic advice
- Liaise with external parties clients, lawyers, finance providers including banks and private equity funds
Experience
- University graduate with an excellent academic background ideally with a professional qualification in Accounting or investment
- One to two years' of relevant experience is advantageous, including M&A advisory, Valuation, Due Diligence or audit
- Good analytical and communication skills
- A 'self-starter' who is sensible with financial issues and is able to operate within a team work environment
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese is essential
