Starting with KPMG as an Administration Assistant , you will be joining a fast paced and fast growing team of administration professionals. Liaising with our client teams, you will coordinate the end-to-end administration of our client engagements from on-boarding to completion of those engagements.

Your major responsibilities will include:
·  Preparation of client engagement letters
·  Setting up new clients in our systems, creating job codes in SAP and maintaining data integrity
·  Preparing and sending client invoices and following up for payments as required
·  Submission of engagement documentation into various Risk Management systems for approval
·  Use of tax return software as needed to support the team How are you Extraordinary? You will ideally bring to this role -
·  Administration experience gained within a professional/corporate services or accounting environment
·  Initiative, self-motivation and a commitment to providing highly responsive customer service
·  Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills
·  Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office skills
·  A collaborative, team-focused mindset, strong communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
·  Prior experience with SAP or tax return software is preferred but not essential The KPMG Difference
