Job Title: Warehouse Operative

What we're looking for:
Warehouse Operatives who will be punctual and committed to working effectively on shifts 4 on 4 off on days rotating, while remaining safe at all times. They will need to work both independently with minimum instructions as well as being an effective team member, working collaboratively with others. They must be customer focused and able to coordinate with other team members to achieve required tasks.
What you'll do:
· Operate within KN Pharma Quality Management System as laid down in P94 and Pharma specific Working Instructions and customer SOPs
· Prompt attendance in the workplace and Warehouse Housekeeping – Maintain a safe and clean environment
· Inbound Freight checks – Ensure received within acceptable temperature ranges and ensure received without damages
· Accurate completion of Inbound documentation – Operations to receive accurate data and Accurate update of WMS – Customers to receive accurate stockholding details
· Safe handling of Dangerous Goods in line with KN policies and procedures
· Outbound Freight checks – Ensure freight dispatched in good condition and ensure all builds and despatches are within guidelines
· Stock checks and Daily & Weekly MHE checks – Ensure legal compliance, and operate all company MHE equipment
· Ensure all temperature monitors are functioning correctly. And ensure continuous improvement is driven operationally through CAPA Process, TIPs, supplier management
· Understanding, knowledge and ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with QSHE Procedures, specific working instructions, customer specific SOP's and Global GXP Policy Manual Pharma P94 throughout your area of responsibility
What you'll bring:
· Experience of working to agreed targets
· PC literate
· Understanding of warehouse practises e.g. picking, loading
· Experience of working in teams and people focus; empathy, engagement
· Understanding of KPIs
· Customer service and good communication skills
· Ability to work individually or as part of a team
· Reliable and committed to attending work on time
· Flexibility to task and hours
