Job Title: Warehouse Colleague

What we're looking for:
The Warehouse Operative's role is to ensure trays and other customer assets, i.e. flower buckets, shippers etc. are cleaned, processed and moved using the appropriate equipment, and ensuring quality at all times. They will also perform any other warehouse duties as required.
What you'll do:
· Areas of work are varied in the RRU and may be required to work in many zones; this includes tray wash, DE KIT (Loading and unloading vehicles), Baling, and Hygiene
· Comply with site rules at all times to ensure best practice
· Good communicator with colleagues and management
· Follow Health and Safety rules and be alert to issues at all times
· Support the site in continuous improvement to reach targets required
· Ensure that your personal and team performance targets are met on the activity you are on
· Present yourself in a professional and approachable manner
What you'll bring:
· Previous warehouse experience preferred
· A flexible approach to shift patterns/Hours, Overtime as required by the business
· MHE Counter Balance/Reach/PPT (preferred but not essential)
· Knowledge of a WMS would be advantageous
· Ability to communicate to all levels
