Warehouse Assistant - Team Leader (West Singapore)

Job description

Provide support to Operations Executive and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth daily warehouse functioning.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  To complete duties relating to warehousing activities and attend to direct reports' HR issues such as absence, attendance, sick leave etc.
·  To ensure that all company equipment and asset is handled and operated in a responsible manner at all times
·  To assess workloads within the allocated team and allocate resources adequately on a day to day basis
·  To actively promote, lead, coach and develop team members
·  To ensure that all Health and Safety policies and processes are followed and complied with at all times

Your skills and experience

·  Possess minimum Secondary education
·  Possess forklift license
·  Physically fit to do check cargo and do inventory list in warehouse
·  Working experience in warehouse, and logistics industry preferably
·  Warehousing and logistics operational knowledge
·  Experience in a supervisory role
